Welcome to our Direct warranty submission page. If you've encountered an issue with one of our products, please use the form below to submit your warranty claim.

Before submitting, we always recommend reviewing the relevant warranty period for your product as well as reading through the technical manual if available to help troubleshoot the issue. If this doesn't resolve the issue and your product is within the warranty period, then Kincrome's Direct Warranty is the answer!

Completing the form accurately and with as information as possible will ensure that your claim can be expedited. Once submitted, our customer service team will review your claim and get back to you.

Please Note:

  • This service is only available to Australian residents and we are not able to deliver to PO boxes.
  • You can expect a reply within 2 business days from the date of your submission.
  • Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery depending on your location.
  • Some items may not be eligible for a direct warranty, but may still be covered under warranty if taken to a Kincrome distributor. Our customer service team will notify you on the eligibility of your product.
